Terms and Conditions & End User License Agreement (EULA)

Welcome to Smart Printer - Air Print (“Smart Printer - Air Print”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms & Conditions and End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) apply to all our apps, websites, and related services. By using our products, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before using our app or website.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not download, install, or use our products.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Smart Printer - Air Print, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you agree to comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are using our product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here, and continued use of our app means you accept those updates. Please review this Agreement periodically.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Smart Printer - Air Print on one device you own or control, strictly in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any of its content;

  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the app’s source code;

  • Resell, sublicense, or rent the app;

  • Use the app in any unlawful or unauthorized manner.

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Smart Printer - Air Print and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of any content or technology provided through the app.

3. Restrictions

You must not use Smart Printer - Air Print for any illegal activity or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law.
Your access may be suspended or terminated immediately—without notice—if you fail to comply with these terms.

4. Your Data

We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.
We do not collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, phone number, or date of birth.

If you contact us for support, any personal information (like your email address or phone number) will only be used to respond to your request and will never be shared with third parties. Upon your request, we can delete this information at any time.

5. Advertising and Analytics

Our app may display ads to support free usage.
We use trusted third-party partners such as Google AdMob and Google AdX to show ads based on non-personal identifiers (e.g., device ID or advertising ID).

  • In the European Union, we show non-personalized ads after obtaining user consent.

  • In other regions, limited information (like approximate location or device ID) may be used to deliver relevant ads.

You can disable ad personalization through your device settings:

  • On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of interest-based ads

  • On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking

6. Cookies

We do not set cookies ourselves. However, third-party ad or analytics services we work with may use cookies to improve ad relevance. You can manage or delete these cookies through your browser or device settings.

7. Internet Permissions

The app may require internet access for features such as:

  • Downloading printer drivers or related content;

  • Connecting to your cloud storage or network printers;

  • Displaying advertisements;

  • Collecting anonymous analytics for performance improvements.

8. In-App Purchases

Some features may require one-time or recurring in-app purchases. Payments are processed through the official app store and subject to their terms. We do not collect or store payment details.

9. Social Media Integration

The app may include features that allow you to share content (such as documents or print results) via social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp.
We do not access or store any personal information from your social media accounts.

10. Non-Advertising Apps

If you are using a version of the app that does not include ads, then all advertising-related clauses in this Agreement do not apply.

11. Sharing Data with Authorities

In the rare event of fraud, illegal activity, or legal requests, we may share limited information with law enforcement or authorized agencies as required by law.

12. Opting Out

If you no longer wish for us or our partners to use your advertising ID for ad purposes, you can:

  • Disable ad personalization in your device settings;

  • Purchase an ad-free version of the app (if available); or

  • Stop using the app.

13. Age Limitations

Our app is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we become aware that such data has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.

14. Changes to This Agreement

We may update these Terms & Conditions or the Privacy Policy at any time by posting the revised version within the app or on our website. Your continued use after any modification means you agree to the updated terms.
