Smart Printer - Air Print (“Service”, “Smart Printer - Air Print”, "we," "us," or "our") collects information from you in order to provide better service and a better user experience. Your privacy is a top priority to us, and this Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.


What information we use from MOBILE APPS and their PERMISSIONS and how we use it:

Read phone status and identity
This permission allows Smart Printer - Air Print to recognize an incoming/outgoing call and to switch between the User System interface and call interface or announce/show the caller name while someone is calling. This helps you identify who is calling without looking at your smartphone.

Read your text messages (SMS or MMS)
We do not save or upload your messages. We use this permission to read your text messages when you search messages in the search bar or to announce the sender’s name when someone sends you a message, allowing you to identify it hands-free.

Take pictures and videos
This permission allows Smart Printer - Air Print to use your device's camera to take photos/videos and turn the camera flash ON/OFF. We do not save or upload your photos or videos.

Approximate location (network-based)
This permission allows Smart Printer - Air Print to identify and display your location or recommend relevant features based on your general area. This information is anonymous and untraceable.

Read your contacts
Smart Printer - Air Print does not save or upload your contacts. Permission to access contact information is used only when you search contacts within the app.

Read calendar events plus confidential information
This information is used only within Smart Printer - Air Print to remind you of your latest calendar events. We do not save or upload any of your calendar information.

Modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
This permission allows Smart Printer - Air Print to manage app-related data (such as images, text, or documents) stored on your SD card.

Read the contents of your USB storage
This permission allows Smart Printer - Air Print to view app data (such as images, text, or documents) stored on your SD card.

Set an alarm
This permission allows users to access the device's alarm through Smart Printer - Air Print if applicable.

Find accounts on the device
Smart Printer - Air Print does not recognize or save your account information. We only detect whether users have a Google account linked with the device to confirm the state of Google Service and provide appropriate updates.

Read Google service configuration
This information is used to acquire the advertising ID. Smart Printer - Air Print uses this anonymous ID to provide better advertising experiences.

Network and Wi-Fi Permissions
We use permissions such as Change network connectivity, Connect/disconnect from Wi-Fi, Full network access, View network connections, and View Wi-Fi connections to ensure smooth cloud printing and connectivity with printers.

Access Bluetooth settings / Pair with Bluetooth devices
These permissions allow Smart Printer - Air Print to connect and manage Bluetooth printers and accessories.

Device & App History / Retrieve running apps
We use this information to improve performance and optimize app features.


Third Party SDKs

We may work with partners who use mobile SDKs, including Firebase or OneSignal, to collect information that helps us deliver personalized notifications or analytics. This may include anonymous identifiers or advertising data, but not your personal messages or documents.


Consumer Control & Opt-Out Options

a. Opting-out of Firebase or OneSignal Push Notifications
You can disable push notifications by going to your device Settings → Notifications, and adjusting notification permissions for Smart Printer - Air Print.

b. Opting Out of Interest-Based Advertising
You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings:

  • On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt-out of interest-based ads

  • On iOS: Settings → Privacy → Advertising → Limit Ad Tracking


California Privacy Rights

We do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties for direct marketing purposes unless you affirmatively agree.
California residents may request information regarding our privacy practices under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 by contacting us as described below.


How we protect your information

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, please note that no internet or wireless transmission is completely secure.
